Jim Kent – Member at Large
Rev Jim Kent is the pastor of First Lutheran Church in Huntingtown, Maryland, his first call following a 24-year career in the U.S. Air Force where he was involved in various kinds of satellite and missile operations.
After his Air Force career, he attended seminary in St. Louis with a vicarage at Concordia Lutheran Church in Conover, North Carolina.
Jim has been married to his wife Shauna since 1990 and they have two grown children living in Virginia.
What’s he like to do for fun? Make beer, dig in the dirt, and travel with Shauna to watch baseball games whenever they can!
