MALIM Presents Grant Awards to SED Schools
MALIM President Tim Fangmeier presented a grant for $47,000 to Resurrection Lutheran School in Cary, NC. Grant funds will help the school with their Healthy Together project, which updates recreational areas that provide outdoor spaces for learning. Deaconess Robie Hillhouse, Chair of MALIM’s Proposal Review Committee presented a grant for $10,000 to St. John’s Lutheran School in Winston-Salem, NC at their school staff blessing on August 22, 2021. Grant funds will assist the school with purchasing computers, software, and iPads for their classrooms.
